ServoTrack™ SnapTrack™ Software
ServoTrack technology provides dynamic closed-loop control for integrated stepper driver and controller systems. SnapTrack software uses block programming to help users configure, customize, and run stepper motor systems with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
ServoTrack™
ServoTrack™ ST484 standalone driver/controller bridges the gap between servo, brushless DC, and stepper performance. The technology provides dynamic closed-loop motion control for integrated stepper driver and controller systems, helping reduce unintentional stalling from transient loads while supporting rotary torque and linear force control as part of the machine design.
Unlike many software-based closed-loop stepper systems, ServoTrack uses hardware-based real-time closed-loop control with nanosecond updates, helping users maintain functional control of the motor without traditional servo-style tuning.
Input Voltage + Power
+24 to +48 VDC input voltage range with 4 amps peak-to-peak continuous power.
Programming + Interface
USB programmable interface with easy-to-use SnapTrack™ block programming software and HMI interface support.
I/O + Feedback
Six +5 to +24 volt inputs and outputs, 16-bit analog input, secondary encoder input, and multi-function diagnostic LED.
Mounting + Connections
35 mm DIN rail or panel mount with secure screw terminal connectors.
Communication
RS485 / Modbus serial communication for distributed motion and multi-axis control.
Electronic Gearing
Secondary encoder input supports electronic gearing or camming applications.
