25 mm PM Stepper Linear Actuator
The 25 mm PM stepper linear actuator is a compact can stack linear actuator platform available in External, Non-Captive, and Kaptive configurations.
Designed for space-constrained OEM applications, this permanent magnet linear actuator supports multiple screw diameters, lead screw options, 7.5° and 15° step angles, Teflon coating, and length customization.

External Version
Supports applications where the nut translates along the lead screw and the screw remains fixed to the motor shaft.
Non-Captive Version
Supports compact linear motion designs where the screw travels through the motor and external guidance is provided.
Kaptive Version
Provides a guided short-stroke output configuration for simplified integration into compact mechanisms.
Teflon Coating
Teflon coated lead screw options are available when the application needs a greaseless screw and nut combination.
Customization Options
Screw End Machining
Customize screw ends to match coupling, mounting, retention, or driven load requirements.
Lead Screw Length
Adjust screw length to meet travel, packaging, and mechanical interface requirements.
Winding Review
Select 5V or 12V winding options based on voltage, current, speed, and available drive electronics.

4. Mounting
A = Flange and wiring box
B = Flange only
C = Wiring box only
D = No flange or wiring box
A and C are not available for unipolar 6-wire motors.
5. Motor Step Angle
1 = 7.5°
2 = 15°
3 = 18°
6. Number of Wires
4 = Bipolar, 4 wires
6 = Unipolar, 6 wires
7. Lead Screw Code
Select the appropriate code from the lead screw code table above.
8. Winding Code
05 = 5V
12 = 12V
9. Screw Length / Stroke
Kaptive: stroke distance.
Non-Captive: total screw length.
External: screw extension length from the mounting flange.
10. Customization Sequence Number
DINGS' assigned customization sequence number.
Example naming code: E25PA14A05-X-001
Description: 25 mm external actuator with mounting flange and wiring box, 7.5° step angle, bipolar wiring, lead screw code A, 5V winding, custom screw extension X, and customization sequence 001.
